Custom Paint by Numbers Kits

Every custom Paint by Numbers kit is created specifically for you using your photo. Because personalized kits cannot be resold, you may cancel your order for a full refund only within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, custom kit orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

To cancel, email support@paintyournumbers.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and the name used at checkout. Your email must be received within this window.

Gallery Kit Returns

Non-custom gallery kits may be eligible for a return if:

·        You request the return within 10 days of delivery.

·        The kit is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

·        The kit is complete and in resalable condition.

·        You provide your order number or proof of purchase.

All returns require prior approval. A restocking fee may apply. We will explain any applicable fee and return shipping costs before you proceed.

To request approval and return instructions, email support@paintyournumbers.com. Please do not send your purchase back without authorization or return it to the manufacturer.

Opened, used, incomplete, or damaged gallery kits are not eligible for a standard return unless the issue was caused by our error.

Choosing Your Photo

Your finished custom kit reflects the photo you submit. Dark, blurry, low-resolution, or heavily shadowed photos may result in darker colors or reduced detail.

Please choose a bright, clear photo with good lighting. Refunds and returns are not available for dissatisfaction caused by the quality, lighting, or content of the submitted photo. If you are unsure whether your photo is suitable, contact us before ordering.

 

Damaged Defective or Incorrect Items

If your kit arrives damaged, is defective, contains missing components, or does not match your order because of our error, email support@paintyournumbers.com promptly. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement components and/or a replacement kit. The 12-hour cancellation deadline does not prevent you from reporting these issues.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

A failed delivery caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout does not automatically qualify for a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is possible.

Approved Refunds

For authorized gallery-kit returns, we will inspect the returned kit and email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Any restocking fee or other deduction disclosed during return approval will be reflected in the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Posting times vary by bank and payment provider.
