I always love my orders from this site. This particular set was missing 2 colors, which has never happened before but I happened to have the colors I needed from and old set I ordered, so it was fine. Always ships quickly as well.

Wish the paint pots were a little bigger, hard to open with old arthritic fingers!
I come from a family of artists and I am the one that never really explored that part of me. I feel like I am totally cheating, but am loving it. Maybe I'll even try without numbers next time!

The result is very nice and does look like the picture however, the paint containers are just awful to open and end up to be very messy. Also, all the other custom paint by numbers I did so far (about a dozen) “all came” with a printed paper copy of the painting so you could refer to it.
The paint quality is excellent, offering vibrant and durable colors that adhere well to various surfaces. However, the brushes included are of poor quality; they are flimsy, tend to shed bristles, and fall apart after minimal use, making detailed work difficult. Some of the color numbers were missing from the palette, and others were not clearly labeled, which complicated following the intended color trajectories. Overall, the canvas itself is of good quality, providing a smooth surface suitable for various painting techniques.
Store owner replied: Thank you for the review! I am sorry some of the numbers were too small, we email every customer an eCanvas and color guide which we designed specifically for this reason. You can use the eCanvas to view the canvas on your phone and zoom in to the areas you are having trouble seeing. We are reviewing the brush quality and will upgrade them to a better quality if needed after our review.
My fourth order wasn’t quite up to par. I asked them to redo it and they did. No charge. I’m working on it now.
This was for my mum…….to hang in her kitchen near where my dad always sat. I had a lot of relaxing fun making it. I picked the most detailed version and it was very close to the photo. My mum loved it. I’m doing a different photo now…….It always looks better from a step back too…..

Got the kit with more colours but did not consider how my visual disability would impact my ability to complete it in a timely fashion (was hoping to complete for Mother’s day, but couldn’t) Definitely needed a magnifying glass and bright lights to assist me. I think in the end it turned out great! Hopefully my mom likes her gift 😃

I ordered myself two customised paint by numbers of my sweet cat who unfortunately passed suddenly last month. I really wanted this to be extra special due to the circumstances so I went all out and chose to have mine on a canvas and to have 48 colours- to have the most detail. When I received my paint by numbers, I was amazed by the quality and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately I did have one paint pot that had leaked during transit and so I contacted the support and they replied within 30 minutes! They sent me a replacement paint with no issues. How the company solved the issue really gave me confidence in their brand and I will definitely be repurchasing from them again for their great quality and customer service. I’m finding doing this painting so healing and therapeutic for me, thank you for helping me through my grief with your amazing products. I will add updates of my final paintings when completed. Absolutely love how perfect they come out the only thing I’d change is making the numbers a bit lighter as they bleed through like light colors to where you have to add big globs to cover it other then that absolutely will be buying again!!
